Phocus Soccer was founded by a trio of soccer-obsessed world travelers, who are convinced of the uniting powers of the beautiful game firsthand. We’re on a mission to harness that power and help youth players unlock potential on and off the pitch.
Our founding team has played and coached on multiple continents and our coaches hail from Europe’s top professional youth academies. By employing the same training methods and best practices used at those academies, Phocus Soccer is able to bring novel approaches in to player development and talent recognition to your community through our programs.
Our focus is on both the spirit and science of the game. Our camps offer a unique combination of player development and coaching education, giving both youth players and coaches in your community the tools to continue growing their skills, knowledge, and passion for soccer long after the camp has ended. With sports scientists in our founding team, we only employ scientifically-proven training methods at every organization we work with.
Whilst having the coaching skills and experience to help the most talented youngsters exceed their potential, results come second at Phocus Soccer Camps. Our focus is on fostering positive personal connections with each camper, as we aim to learn about your community as much as your community will learn from us.
